Where do I find my student access code?

Your student will receive a QR code with ordering directions on picture day. You can scan the QR code and see your students photos online about 24 hours after picture day, usually sooner. If the QR code is lost, just use your students ID number as the access code. In some cases we use the persons first an last name, no spaces as the code.

I just ordered online, how long will my photos take before they arrive?

Photos usually ship about a week after the order is placed. In busy seasons, photos can take about two weeks.

I ordered with the paper form, what do I do now?

If you ordered with the traditional paper order envelope, you are all set and your order will be shipped out. There is no need to pick poses online, the photographer will select the “best” photo of your student.
